¼ cup hazelnuts, soaked overnight
¼ cup raw hempseed
1 tablespoon agave
1 inch scraped vanilla bean seeds
1 whole hazelnut , for garnish
1. blend everything(except nut for garnish) until white and creamy.
2. strain with nut milk bag into martini glass.
3. top with one whole hazelnut.
This milk is yummy served with granola :)

i also made some hazelnut milk a while ago, i LOVE it! its really really good, i think its my favorite kind of nut milk. :9

yes! finally a milk that doesnt contain cashews OR almonds :) i love both, but sometimes a little variety can go a LOOOONG way! going to try this immediately! thanks :)

I kept wondering why a lot of recipes in the uncookbooks state to blend and strain water 'n nuts first before adding agave and vanilla... and this recipe sure is a lazy way of doing it! =D
