Joined April 6, 2009<p>I've been eating raw for many years now, on and off, and mostly by myself alone since nobody was interested around me. Since last fall (2008), my body called for a drastic change of diet and I found myself only craving for RAW! My intense enthusiasm for raw food created beautiful changes and a huge surge of new friends in Montreal just started to join me in that wonderful way of living! With my girlfriend Véronique, we are starting this spring (2009) to give raw food cooking classes and are soon leaving Quebec for a roadtrip on the westcoast of North America: Organic/sustainable communities, raw food restaurants, spiritual retreats, permaculture courses on the menu! I wish to share a great deal of stuff with all this raw food community! Namaste.</p>
