And combined with yoga, colonics and meditation, it has brought my quality of life to a very high level. I continue to search for ways to balance myself, and also to learn about food security for all people and future generations. At the same time, I'm very cautious of not getting trapped in a "bliss bubble".... its unrealistic to expect that if we are 100% raw that life will be perfect and happy and serendipitous...life is life and its full of setbacks, disappointments, soul pain and suffering. but i truly believe in my heart and from experience that feeding ourselves deep foods (grown at home, prepared with care and consciousness) and doing daily gentle exercise, and trying to be even a little bit more compassionate, we can begin to accept our light and dark sides as two facets of the same thing. I have met a lot of people who are really flaky and i'm not interested in being happy all the time, getting super rich, or staying and looking young forever. I'm not really sure yet what I believe, but for the time being, this works, and I want to learn more.

cheers:)
