These days I have much less desire to BE a hundred percent raw. Really makes no sense nutritionally to NOT included conservatively cooked starches and fibrous veggies when the mood hits. Just stay away from salt and cooked fats. Enjoy the abundance we have available. Water fast for a period of time, yearly.</p> <p>I'm lucky to be in SoCal where I have about 25 fruit tress on the property. Pomegranates and figs that I store all year (at least the figs). Many varieties of citrus half the year and a nice little garden in the summer.</p>
