I’m 5’2 1/2 and I weigh 236 pounds and that is not right weight for my height. I have been a depress mood for a while cause I too kind-hearted toward people and they take my kindness for weakness. When I get angry I’m either in the kitchen baking or cooking something that I really don’t need and it is real hard for me at this point. I use to love playing basketball and softball when I was younger and would like to continue to do so, but this weight has seem to be the problem at this point. I’m 34 years old, and would like to loose some weight because diabetes run on both sides of my family, high cholestral, high blood pressure, etc. I would like to keep from having these health issues very much and to encourage my kids that they can do the same as me before they start to gain the weight that I have.</p>
