I made this when playing around with my brownie recipe, but this turned out really great with strawberries and banana slices dipped into it. I won’t lie, I didn’t take exact measurements, so these are rough estimates. Don’t be afraid to play!

Recipe Directions

1. In a food processor, chop your walnuts until finely ground. Add the dates, grinding one at a time, until you can’t tell they’re there.

2. Add the cocoa, sweetener, and vanilla (I actually used organic Grade B maple syrup, and the recipe turned out delicious.).

3. While processing, add alternately a little oil and then a little water until you have reached the consistency that you want. Like I said, the measurements are rough estimates, so make it to your liking! (I know that’s frustrating sometimes. Sorry.)

4. Garnish with mint. Serve with your favorite fruits sliced up and with small forks.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds good. I guess if you let out the oil and water you could shape them into balls and have them as sweets. Yummy yummy. Thank you.
