Ingredients
3 avocados
1 cup raw cacao
1 cup fresh or soaked dates (pitted)
1 cup carob powder (raw if possible)
2 cup Brazil or macadamia nuts
1 cup fresh or soaked dates (pitted)
Pinch of cayenne powder
Pinch of sea salt (if desired)
Recipe Directions
CRUST
1. Mix the nuts, cup of dates, cayenne powder and sea salt in the food processor.
2. Press the mixture in a pie plate.
FILLING
3. Put the avocados, cacao, the other cup of dates, and carob powder in the food processor until smooth texture.
4. Add to the crust.
5. Let it cool in the fridge for at least one hour before eating.

Hi I went to whole foods and looked for cacao and carob powder but they didn't have it. Did you order yours on line? Other than that logistics problem this looks awesome! Macadamia nuts and chocolate!!!

Oooh, I'm making this for breakfast :o) It sounds amazing!
writeeternity- I get my cacao nibs off amazon.com... it's cheaper than ordering them from those raw food supply places, and the shipping is free over $25 (which my order always is!). Then I grind it up myself to make powder.
