So this is basically just what i ended up making when i saw this recipe for falafels without a dehydrator by earthintruder

I added a lot of water to make this come out, it’s basically a pate or spread, because it wasn’t thick enough or doughy enough to make into falafel balls. but just add things in as they’re listed, with water interspersed to your desired thickness

It has a very nutty and heavy spicey taste but very delicious!!
