Recipe Directions

2 large squash or 5 small squash, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 1/2 cup olive oil, handful of parsley, handful of basil, 1 to 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt.
Put all ingredients (except squash) into blender and mix well. Take the sqaush and use your spirilizer to make spagetti out of it. Mix the green mixture into the squash.
*you can use less oil if you’d like, I find 1/4 cup oil instead to be all that is needed.

What kind of squash did you use- yellow squash? Did it taste hard or did you let it soften up for a couple of hours? This sounds good!
