2 large squash or 5 small squash
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
handful of parsley
handful of basil
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
Put all ingredients (except squash) into blender and mix well.
Take the squash and use your spiralizer to make spaghetti out of it.
Mix the green mixture into the squash.

This recipe is inspired by a Carol Alt recipe.
You can use less oil if you’d like, I find 1/4 cup oil instead to be all that is needed.
