4 to 6 cobs organic sweet corn (cut from cob)
Salt (to taste)
Mixed dried herbs (to taste)
1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
2. Tip out onto solid dehydrating sheet and dehydrate for around 5 hours.

So good with avocado dip or hummus.
