Half a chunk of tofu (I used silken firm)
1 or 2 spoonfuls of nut butter (I used almond--yum!)
1 tablespoon flax seeds
Handful of walnuts
1 very large strawberry (you can use any berries you want)
1/4 cup homemade cinnamon-vanilla oat milk (but you obviously can use any other kind of 'milk' you want)
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend.

This tastes just like real yogurt! It's crazy!
So how I usually "cook" is I just throw in what i want, and I don't measure stuff. Therefore, this is all estimation, and you can totally substitute anything for anything, depending on your own intuition, impulse, tastebuds, yada-yada. This is just what i did.
If you want it thicker, add more tofu, nut butter, and/or berries. If thinner, add more milk.
If it's not sweet enough, add sweetener of choice like raw honey. Mmm. :)
I'm sure it's tasty over granola or any mixture of nuts. It is also so good lightly frozen.
I put this over a chopped up pink lady apple (my favorite!) and sunflower seeds.
