If you want it thicker, add more tofu, nut butter, and/or berries. If thinner, add more milk.

If it's not sweet enough, add sweetener of choice like raw honey. Mmm. :)

I'm sure it's tasty over granola or any mixture of nuts. It is also so good lightly frozen.

I put this over a chopped up pink lady apple (my favorite!) and sunflower seeds.

mamoo-

an avocado! makes for perfect yogurt. :)

the others have given some nice suggestions as well,

i personally haven't been raw for very long, so i am

just beginning to experiment around. the coconut

seems like a nice idea, though i haven't had a

coconut in many years. adding another banana

might be a nice substitute, too. hemp seeds also!

i hope this helps.

Yeah, I was thinking of basing mine on hemp milk. Love the stuff!

i've only ever had two cartons

but it's by far my favourite 'milk'. :)

You should buy hemp seeds and make your own milk, I'm sure this would be much cheaper.

Matthew Kenny's book has a recipe for raw silken tofu. I am pretty sure it uses macadamia nuts. It might work.

Hello Mamoo,

You can use some young coconut. If you need to thicken it a little more, you can throw in additional walnuts, coconut flour or dried coconut. :)

I was wondering what I could substitute for the tofu. I am trying to stay away from tofu and soy products.

This sounds good. I've been thinking recently of ways to make my own kind of raw yoghurt.

I'm going to experiment myself and see what I come up with.
