1 small organic zucchini
2 ripe organic bananas
1 organic lemon
1/2 cup organic raisins
1 1/2 cups raw flaked oats
1. In a food processor, combine zucchini, bananas, and juice of one lemon. Puree.
2. Then stir in flaked oats (Not all oats are gluten free, so if you have Celiac you need to check that.) and raisins.
3. Spread out on fruit leather tray and dry at 95 F for 8 hours, then flip over and carefully peel off the teflex.
4. Keep drying to desired consistency--maybe only 2 more hours if you want to keep it bendy.
