Quick & amazing.

Equipment
None
Ingredients
1/8 onion, minced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1.5 T dried dill
2 T dried mint
salt & pepper
juice of 1 lemon
splash of olive oil
1 medium zucchini, grated & chopped
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
3 sundried tomatoes, minced
1/8 c sesame seeds
1/2 c sunflower seeds, chopped
Recipe Directions
Mix everything in a bowl & wrap up in leaves/nori/etc. Could dehydrate for a while. Or just eat the filling as a salad. Yum.
The best way I've made them is to wrap up the filling in wilted kale and dehydrate for 30 min+.

Amazing Dolmas/Stuffed Grape Leaves
this is my new favorite - I haven't even made it as dolmas yet, just using the filling as a salad - my new obsession - YUM!

Those measures sound perfect for fresh herbs, but for dried...
You really used *tablespoons*?

I made these yesterday for a non-raw bbq, w/fresh dill, mint, and pine nuts - everyone liked them and didn't know they were raw! thanks! i love having something to bring along and munch on! really tasty recipe :).

Amazing Dolmas/Stuffed Grape Leaves
Definitely a great recipe. Maybe next time I´ll do just half the lemon because it was very strong and it overwhelmed the taste of everything else. I couldn´t find grape leaves so I used chard to wrap them and it was good, though the came apart easily. I think, like a previous reviewer said, it is more like a salad. But a yummy salad at that!
