Quick & amazing.

Recipe Directions

Mix everything in a bowl & wrap up in leaves/nori/etc. Could dehydrate for a while. Or just eat the filling as a salad. Yum.

The best way I've made them is to wrap up the filling in wilted kale and dehydrate for 30 min+.

this is my new favorite - I haven't even made it as dolmas yet, just using the filling as a salad - my new obsession - YUM!

Definitely a great recipe. Maybe next time I´ll do just half the lemon because it was very strong and it overwhelmed the taste of everything else. I couldn´t find grape leaves so I used chard to wrap them and it was good, though the came apart easily. I think, like a previous reviewer said, it is more like a salad. But a yummy salad at that!
