Quick and simple, yet delicious snack, to greatly satisfy a sweet tooth! You'll only need a pinch or two of the vanilla powder. Everything else is up to you such as how many dates you want to roll in the mixture. Make sure not to use too much almond milk so the mixture isn't too liquified.

1. In a small bowl, mix together the vanilla powder, shredded coconut, and almond milk.
2. Take your dates and roll them around in the mixture and enjoy.

Sunfoods carries Vanilla Powder, I think it's $36 for 8 oz. Totally worth the $$. The other option is to grind whole vanilla bean pods. Which I believe would be more expensive.
