Ingredients
1 cup zucciny, chopped
1 cup yellow summer squash or pumpkin, chopped
½ cup corn cut from cob
½ red bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
FOR SAUCE
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
peace of hot chili pepper to taste
½ cup yellow squash or pumpkin
2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar or to taste
1 white part of leak or little onion
4 clove garlic or to taste
½ juice of lemon
1 teaspoon of each cumin, paprika and basil
FOR BREAD
yellow sqash or zuccini sliced
honey or agave nectar
Recipe Directions
Put all veggies in a bowl.
Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender and add to veggies.
Spread honey or agave on zucchini or squash slices.Or you can use honey as a dip for your “cornbread”.
Enjoy happily!

This looks really good! I bet it would be great warmed in the dehydrator a bit... :D

You can definitely warm it if you want. I just do not use dehidrator myself, as I do not use salt or oil.
