A Community Recipe by Crue
I got inspired by the last peaches of the season and the gorgeous carrots I had just picked in my garden. The flavour was great with fresh thyme.

Crue, your photos and recipes are brilliant, beautiful, and inspired! I'm so happy to have found this recipe and your blog -- I hope you'll excuse my poor French when I comment!

Thank you for the translation offer Crue. I'm hoping that my principal will translate for me. This would also give me an easy way to introduce her to raw. If she doesn't have time, I'll definitely take you up on the offer. Your Tomato, Mango, Curry combination looks especially appealing. And again, I suspect it would also make a nice smoothie. I'm really into smoothies because they're so easy to take to school, and enjoy while supervising students.

Crue, this combination sounds fabulous. I think it would also work well as a smoothie, perhaps with a little more juice. I'll try it later this week, and then post a comment. I browsed through your web site (can't read French, of course) and saw some very interesting pictures. I'll have to ask a friend who is fluent in French to translate a couple of the recipes.
