Bananas blended with young coconut might make nice wafers, I don't know just a thought. This sounds really good, love avo chocolate pudding recipes.

you say to "mix all ingredients, except last banana"

How many bananas go in first? And how much chocolate/carob do you use? Otherwise, it sounds fast and good to me!

Forgot the mention dehydrate the bananas and coconut, I was wondering about dehydrated young coconut for a while.

Shoot it wouldn't let me say for the last banana just a half, but a whole one will work too! :) Thanks for the idea about the banana and coconut RawKidChef. I think that flax seeds would be great to add into that too, to make the wafers. I will definitely try that.

Yes, I was trying to fix the ingredients, but I could not get the page to process as I was editing, so the last ingredients were not on there. I finally added the last ingredients...thank you for your patience. The last banana is the 1/2 which you slice into rounds.

Um, I also don't see any chocolate in the ingredients list, despite the title . . .
