Yield
Well, it served just me! But it should have served 4. :o)
Ingredients
3 bananas (frozen for 2 hours)
2 tablespoons raw cacao bean (finely ground in coffee grinder)
2 tablespoons raw honey or agave, or 2 dates
¼ cup raw almond milk
Recipe Directions
1. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend away!
Skyespice's Thoughts
By skyespiceLove ice cream? Then make this!
Beware, put the spoon down before the blender is empty.
Frozen bananas are insanely similar to the texture of ice cream.
Variations: Leave out the chocolate and throw in some pineapple and coconut for a tropical cream, leave in the chocolate and throw in some coconut, or add mint extract to the original recipe for a mint chocolate ice cream.
You can also throw in some whole cacao beans at the end and just blend them enough to make cacao chips.
Any way you make it, it will be delicious!

WOW! Just made this. It was SOOOOOOO GOOD! I call it "Gone in a minute chocolate ice cream" I used coconut cream made from blending young coconut water and meat for the nut milk. Thanks so much for posting this!

I should add, I only used 1 tsp of agave and ground about 8 hazel nuts in it which made a nice crunchy texture...this will certainly become a staple desert!

This is awesome! Satisfied my ice cream cravings. I have made it several times and have a hard time getting it to the freezer to have some later! I have made it without the cacao, instead using half a vanilla bean and some coconut. Mmmmmmm

This is insanely good. It sure helps my ice cream cravings! I will try it with the mint next time, because mint choc chip was my favorite ice cream.
