Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
Unhulled organic sesame seeds (soaked for 6 hours and rinsed)
Water (to achieve preferred thickness)
Raw cacao nibs (I prefer to soak my cacao nibs for at least 10 hours to eliminate the bitter tannin-like flavors)
1/4 of the seeds ("caviar") of a vanilla bean (slice bean the long way and scrape out caviar with the back of a thin-tipped knife)
2 teaspoons maca (ground)
1 frozen banana (to freeze, peel, break in half or quarters, and wrap in foil)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend up ingredients minus banana until blended through.
2. Add frozen banana and blend until just barely blended through. Enjoy!

Wow! So how much sesame exactly did you use, are we talking spoonfuls or cups?

Personally I use around 2 Tablespoons, but most people like to use much more to satisfy their craving for fat. It's entirely up to personal preference.
