Ingredients
1½ cups coconut milk powder (can substitute fresh coconut milk)
1½ cups water
½ cup cacao powder
½ cup maple syrup (can substitute 1/4 cup maple syrup + 1/4 cup agave or yacon if desired)
1 frozen organic banana (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything in a Vitamix and enjoy as a refreshing chocolate drink or freeze for a chocolate fudgesicle dessert.

I was excited to see thedailyraw (a lovely raw chef i can sense) has a similar recipe so it goes to show that we all draw inspiration from the same cosmic pool.

i get it at www.rawvegansource.com > it is very smooth making for a creamy consistency :)
