Serves 1-2
Ingredients
1/2 cup oat groats
1/2 cup goji berries
1/2 cup raspberries or any berry
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon maca
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon barley grass or chlorella powder
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon purple corn extract (optional)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon flax seed or hemp protein
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Pinch of cayenne
Recipe Directions
1. Soak oats and gojis overnight.
2. In the morning, blend up with all the other ingredients, adding the soak water of the gojis.
3. Add extra water until you get a desired consistency. Eat warm. Add a little agave syrup if you like it sweeter.

I have been getting porridge recipes with out nut. Thanks

yes, I'm not that keen on nuts these days, don't seem to do very well on them.
