Light refreshing cabbage with cucumber, carrot, jicama, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Dressing is not necessary because there is so much flavour from the vegetables with a nice crunchy taste from the seeds. I am not one for lettuce, dressings, or salad, but I really enjoy this cabbage mixture. Enjoy!

Thank you! Jicama is tasty. I do not like sauces much, but I had it as a wrap which was nice. Thanks for the idea. Let me know how it tastes if you try it with the peanut sauce.

I will have to use this one. I should throw a raw foods party too with this one and other great recipes. Thank you for this one.
