I don't like super-sweet things, so the granny smiths were perfect for me, but you could substitute your favourite...

Core and chop up the apples to fit in your juicer. then add the peeled carrots.
Drink up. Smile!

Actually, the pic is just apple and carrot... it separated while i was juicing. I thought it looked like a neat pic, but i stirred it up before i drank.

yeah, i've heard the celery thing... but it is one veggie i've not learned to love. i'm trying... maybe in a month or so you'll see a juice recipe with celery. :)
