Yield
serves 2 or 1 hungry person
Found in:
Ingredients
1 Banana, frozen (opt)
1 cup Mixed Frozen Berries, (or if banana is frozen, berries can be fresh)
1 cup Juice, or Nut Milk (I use almond), fresh is best
Recipe Directions
blend together until smoothie appears!
*The quantities are suggestions. Usually you can play it by ear. If you want a much thicker smoothie, using less juice or nut milk will change the consistency. Also, nut milk tends to make it thicker than the fresh juice.
