Ingredients
2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked for 4 hours)
1 cup zucchini (diced)
Pinch sea salt
2 cloves garlic
4 teaspoon appe cider vinegar
1 cup rolled oats
Recipe Directions
1. Blend all ingredients EXCEPT for the oats. Blend the ingredients to a smooth consistency. A little chunky is also fine. You may want to add water as you blend or even oil. It’s all up to you.
2. Put the dough in a separate bowl and fold in the oats.
3. The oats will create the “nooks and crannies” that English muffins are known for.
4. When you create the muffin, remember to pinch the edges up. English muffins have those neat edges, you know?
5. I dehydrated them overnight on a mesh rack at 115 degrees. I would do it at a lower temp for longer but they needed to be done for a brunch.
They were a hit with olive oil and salt.

If you want to be sure your rolled oats are raw, you can buy a manual oat mill. It will roll your oats the old fashioned way from oat groats. I understand you can also roll other kinds of soft grains.

Do you think i can use ground up Oat Groat's instead of the rolled oats? I can't get raw rolled oats and i have some oat groats that i bought and haven't used yet... what do you think? These sound good! I'll have to make my own "butter" and jam!!!

How long do these muffins keep? How long does *any* dehydrated bread keep? I've never tried this.

well, i saw somewhere on this website that you can actually make your own rolled oats.. i think they took sprouted oat groats, and then used a rolling pin to flatten them out. never tried it though. it wouldn't be exactly like rolled oats, but probably pretty nice.

Hm, well I heard that no rolled oats are raw...guess that was wrong? I know you can raw oat groats, but I was under the impression that rolled oats were never raw.

ACV = Apple Cider Vinegar. I work in a health food store and they have raw rolled oats. Oat milk is my favorite. I missed cereal a lot. I might make more of these and then add a nice picture.

Oh man, I used to eat the non-raw English muffins all the time. I wish I had a dehydrator so I could try this out!

You can get raw rolled oats if you look for them. I get mine form Alissa Cohen.com all the time! :) These look great! I can't wait to try them.

You are aware that rolled oats are not raw, right?
