a couple raw organic walnuts, soaked in tea brew
1 teaspoon bee pollen

Orgfoodaddict's Thoughts
By orgfoodaddictSo I decided to experiment today with making a soup and not just a juice or smoothie and liked my creation. If you like a slightly warming blend- this would be good for you and you could opt not to add the walnuts if you choose- the soup is not real thick- so you could add more or less tea water to achieve the desired consistency.
