Ingredients

2 tablespoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
good sprinkle of black peppercorn, grinded
good sprinkle of salt
a handful of freshly chopped green onion

Recipe Directions

This is an extension of my raw sour cream recipe. One of my favorite chippy dips in my childhood was French Onion Dip. Here I recreate it.

1. Make my Raw Sour Cream.

2. When sour cream is sour enough, add the other ingredients above by handmixing in with a spoon.

3. Chill to let ingredients build flavor. (the longer it chills the better the taste IMO)

Man, i wish i wasn't scared to make the sour cream. I was just putting my son to be and dreaming of Chris Carlton's Mango Salsa with some corn/yellow pepper chips :) This would be excellent with chips too :) I guess i'll have to get up the courage to actually make the sour cream so that i actually have something to dip my petite carrots in!!! Thanks for this!

The sour cream is really super easy to make surprisely. Just make sure you use the right probiotic and it will turn out great.
