2 cups coconut meat (5-6 coconuts; meat works best with the gel consistency)
1 cup coconut water
½ cup agave nectar
¼ cup cacao nibs
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1. With a coffee grinder, ground cacao nibs into powder. You should have about 1/2 cup cacao powder.
2. Liquefy all ingredients in a blender.
3. Pour mixture into 4 ounce popsicle molds. Leave about ½-inch space at the top to allow for expansion.
4. Put in the freezer for 6 hours. Overnight is best.
