Ingredients
5 black pitted olives
¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup onion (preferrably red), diced
¼ cup cucumber, diced
10 grape tomatoes
3 button mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon oregano
1 celery stalk
2 tablespoon raw hummus
any type of sprout (to garnish)
dash pepper
Recipe Directions
Combine olives, pepper, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with oregano. Toss with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar. Cut celery stalk into 3-4 pieces, top with hummus and sprouts.

Soak chickpeas, puree with tahini, sesame oil, lemon juice, and whatever herbs/spices you want. :)

you should be careful with button mushroom they are very high in carcinegans along with portibellas and a few others
