This could easily be made into a pie. I absolutely love the lemon flavor. I discovered this when I screwed up with another recipe, so enjoy your mistakes!

Ingredients

1 cup soft dates (pitted)
1 cup honey or agave
3 lemons (juiced)
1 avocado

Recipe Directions

1. Blend all ingredients, starting with the dates and blending into each other until you have a nice smooth pudding.
