Yield
Makes a cup of almonds
Ingredients
1 cup almonds (soaked, dehydrated)
1 apple (cut finely)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 dash salt
.125 cup honey
.125 cup water
Recipe Directions
1. Simple and the apples make it a nice treat. Just mix the water, honey, cinnamon, finely chopped apple, and salt together then poor over the almonds (best if almonds are soaked and dehydrated already, if not try to have them at least soaked).
2. Let sit for at least 1 hour then put in the dehydrator at 100 or below for 8-12 hours. Measurements may be a little off because we all need to use the measurement of intuition….enjoy.

I'm still getting use to measuring as I never do so I was guessing, you combine the same proportion of honey and water about 1/8 of a cup of each.

0.1 cup of honey? Is that really supposed to be one-tenth of a cup - how do you measure it?
