juice the ginger first since sometimes the juice gets stuck, i feel like the heartier fruits and veggies help pull out juice that gets stuck in the blade! this is very refreshing, i crave it all the time! this is a recipe from one of my fav. juice bars here in the city…westerly – thanks guys!

Ingredients

4 pieces of kale, washed
5 stalks of celery, washed
1 green apple, washed
1 lemon you may need 2 depending on the size, skin cut off with the pith still there!
1 1 inch piece ginger, washed
1 lemons depending on the size, skin cut off but leave the pith!
