I came up with this with random things on hand and it worked out well. Many different fruits work well with this, but this was my favorite. Enjoy!

So you can really just put raw kale in a blender?

Made this with chard, spinach, green instead of kale, was out, and it came out great.

sounds yummy! This is similar to my morning smoothie, but I add ground flax seeds, bee pollen, and sometimes coconut water instead of just water (if I have any.)
I'm going to go make it right now!
Frances:
You can def. just put raw kale in a blender- it's wonderful in smoothies- just remember to de-stem the kale (you can always save the stems and juice them with whatever)

I made this today minus the orange (but with extra kale to make it greener)(and water to balance all that kale) and found it very refreshing! Gonna try it tomorrow with spinach. =)

Hi BunnyGirl! Glad you enjoy my recipe. Feel free to change things around. I never make the same smoothie twice myself. I just add whatever I have on hand and I've never had a bad smoothie yet. I gotta try it the way you did it. I've never used grapes or pears yet. Sounds yummy!!!

I tried this one and (I hope you don't mind) I used green grapes because I was out of berries and I used a whole orange and it was delicious!!! Thanks for sharing!! Blessings!!!
