1 cup green apple (chopped)
½ cup dried flaked coconut
¾ cup flax meal or ground flax seed
½ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon nice curry blend

1. Blend everything and then dehydrate till bendy. If they go too far and end up cracking, just pour water over them and let them go floppy, and dehydrate them again for a while to get the excess wetness off.
2. Stuff filling all in the crepe. Roll it up and enjoy!
Delicious wraps, which are excellent for traveling, work lunch, and just generally pigging out on!
The photo shows them like an open sandwich before they are wrapped up.
Can be used as samosa wrappers. Just wrap up curry in triangles and dip in the sweet sauce.
These are great to take away with you on trip. Just make up a jar of the sour cream and a tub of the filling, and pack it with your crepes ready to make up whenever you want them.
