Very yummy! A dessert you can eat for breakfast!

Recipe Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients.

2. Let sit for about 10 minutes until the chia expands.

3. Stir occasionally. Add more chia seeds if you want a thicker pudding.

FABULOUS! We just ate it for dinner. I make instant nut mylk with nut butter, water, a mason jar and some shaking. This will be an awesome camping food as well - quick, simple, filling and VERY DELICIOUS - a treat to look forward to. Thank you so much!!!

chia seeds sound a lot like the same consistency of tapioca pudding.I've never had chia seeds before (and plenty of tapioca pudding) could someone comment on this?

Added some slivered almonds and raisins to mine. Might try sprounted rice next time.

I make this all the time now! I sometimes add grated coconut (coco-chia pudding) or cacao powder for a chocolate version. Golden raisins are a good add-in too.

I made this for breakfast today. It's more like tapioca than rice pudding, which is much more to my liking. Great, simple idea.
