1/2 Cup saute Kale in Rice Bran oil (or olive oil)
1/2 Cup cooked brown rice
1 Grated carrot
Pinch of salt
Anything else you would like to add for flavor.
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup Carrots
Pinch of salt
3 Tablespoons of rice bran oil (or any other oil)
1/4 cup water
Boil cauliflower and carrots in a pot of water until tender (add vinegar to get rid of smell)
Drain and rinse once tender
Add all ingredients in a blender
Blend until creamy
Grind Kale, Carrots in a blender
Add Brown Rice and grind again
Make sure mixture is well formed together
Make the mixture into 1 inch balls
Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil on griddle or pan
Flatten balls into patties as desired
Pan fry these patties on low heat until brown, flipping each side
