Ingredients
2 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 Stalk Green Onion, Diced
1 tablespoon Kochujang Paste
1 tablespoon Miso
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Honey
1 Jalapeno Pepper, Minced
Recipe Directions
Mix all ingredients together with a fork and add more sesame oil or honey depending on taste. For a salad dressing, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of roasted black sesame seed, and add water to suitable consistency.

Spicy dip for all kinds of vegetables sticks or salads. Taste especially good with cucumbers, carrot, celery, zucchini sticks.

What is Kichujang paste? Is there something I could sub that I might have at home?

It's kochujang. It's a paste made out of red chili peppers and miso. You can find it at some ethnic markets. You might substitute it a little chili pepper powder.

Korean Style Dipping Sauce
Woohoo! Just made this to dip some coconut-wrapped veggies in. Was the bomb. Very strongly resembles a peanut sauce before adding the spicy ingredients.
