4 or 5 yellow mangoes (peeled, diced)
Recipe Directions
1. Puree the mango until perfectly smooth.
2. Freeze it either in an ice cream maker
3. Or you can freeze it partially and then process it in your food processor, juicer, blender, etc. Freeze a little more and repeat until the desired consistency is reached.

I imagine it would make excellent and easy popsicles.
I used the ice cream maker, and it made the most creamy delicious sorbet ever.
The sorbet in the photo is shown with strawberry puree, frozen pineapple slice, fresh strawberry, and blackberries.
