Really awesome ice cream/pudding dish. Could even be more like a raw ice cream if frozen bananas were used.

Ingredients

1 avocado
1/2 coconut
1/2 mango
10 cacao beans (grind in coffee grinder to powder)
1 cup coconut milk
Dash of orange juice
Ice cubes
Pinch of mint leaves (chopped on top to serve)

Recipe Directions

1. Chop coconut meat into blocks. I used mature coconut meat so i got nice pieces to chew on when blended.

2. Blend all ingredients in blender to pudding-like texture.
