Yield
makes roughly 1 litre
Ingredients
pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon carob powder (or to taste)
2 full spriggs of fresh tarragon (destemmed)
pinch cayenne
1 sprinkle nutmeg
2 sprinkle cinnamon
2 bananas
2 teaspoon non-alcohol vanilla extract
1 tablespoon fresh coconut meat
2 cup water (more or less for desired consistency)
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger (or to taste)
2 combined handfulls of soaked almonds, cashews & pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina
Recipe Directions
Combine all and blend. If you do not have a high speed blender, you may want to use ground nuts instead. This makes a beautiful creamy mellow smoothie that is not too sweet. For the non-banana eaters, you could try young coconut meat instead. This one definitely has me addicted & I’m getting my protien too!!!

I made this last night, but it was brown. I woke up this morning still wondering how that smoothie got green. :)
