3/4 cup spinach
1 tablespoon agave
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 tablespoon superfood (I use David Wolfe's Nature's First Food Superfood)
1. Blend together.

It is packed with nutrients and delicious too!
I also sometimes add some mint to give it a nice fresh zing!
