Ingredients

1 Grapefruit, peeled, seeds removed
1 Frozen banana
1 head fresh spinach
1 head fresh spinach
½ Avocado
½ cup Water
1 sprinkle Sea Salt

Recipe Directions

Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth and creamy. I don’t have a fancy juicer… yet! So I used my old-fashioned blender, and it came out great.

This smoothie is moisturizing! It contains avocado, grapefruit, banana, and lots of spinach. I made this for breakfast this morning and it made me feel warm and peaceful. It has a smooth flavor – the avocado and banana cut the edge of the greens, and the grapefruit gives it a nice light bite. Yummy!

Okay, i do have a juicer, but i see so many smoothie recipes with spinach... does the spinach blend up nice and smooth or is it kinda chunky? This sounds really good! Thanks!
