What the difference between a red pepper and small red pepper? Just the size?

It sounds like another version of guacamole, not cheese. It sounds good though.

tihs recipe really dosn't make sense. bell peppers are sweet- especially red ones. i believe bell peppers are the only sweet peppers in existence. so...3 small sweet peppers?? 3 small red bell peppers plus 1 big red bell pepper?? WTF?!?

Perhaps Jodie you could give us a tutorial on peppers!, hehe!
Where I live , bell peppers are called capsicums, hot peppers are called chillies, little capsicums are called paprikas...I guess the confusion stems from calling different ingredients by different names, after all we are from all around the globe on this forum.

1 red pepper should be a hot one, and the 3 small red peppers should be sweet...and the bell is neither sweet nor hot, so 3 different flavors we are talking about. Sorry if your confused?? i don't see how u could be

REALLY? What makes it taste like the real thing? It has no lemon, lime, garlic, onion or even nutritional yeast. Might taste good though. Please also explain the sweet bell peppers, the 1 1/2 red bell peppers and the red pepper. Are some hot peppers??? Why not just say 4-5 bell peppers and one hot pepper? This recipe is confusing.
