This cheese tastes just like the real thing! Serve with some tortilla chips and beans, and there you have natchos, or should i say “notchos” Also great as a dip for veggies.

4 small tomatoes
3 avacados
1 red pepper
3 small sweet red peppers
1½ red bell pepper
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
salt and pepper

Recipe Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

1 red pepper should be a hot one, and the 3 small red peppers should be sweet...and the bell is neither sweet nor hot, so 3 different flavors we are talking about. Sorry if your confused?? i don't see how u could be
