Ingredients
2 juicy organic limes
sweetener (agave, honey, dissolved turbinado etc)
ice
sea salt, optional
2 ounce tequila
Recipe Directions
Fill pint glass with ice. Add tequila (1 to 2 ounces). Add juice of two limes. Add sweetener to taste.
Grab two more glasses.
Use lime rind to wet lip of a DRY glass and set into pile of sea salt (if you want). Use other glass to mix by pouring back and forth.
Pour into salted glass.
you can blend for a frozen drink. (Blended strawberries can also be used instead of or in addition to lime, and the tequila can be substituted with rum for a daquiri).
...sometimes I just really want a drink…

Try making this with Sake instead of tequila and it will still technically be raw :)
