Recipe Directions

Fill pint glass with ice. Add tequila (1 to 2 ounces). Add juice of two limes. Add sweetener to taste.

Grab two more glasses.

Use lime rind to wet lip of a DRY glass and set into pile of sea salt (if you want). Use other glass to mix by pouring back and forth.

Pour into salted glass.

you can blend for a frozen drink. (Blended strawberries can also be used instead of or in addition to lime, and the tequila can be substituted with rum for a daquiri).

...sometimes I just really want a drink…

Try making this with Sake instead of tequila and it will still technically be raw :)

I make my own margaritas too--a squeeze of orange is also a great addition. Thanks for the recipe!

OH! Thank you! I'll be having one of these tonight! Sounds so much more refreshing than the usual multi-non-raw-ingrediant list of a pre-mix!

it loves me too! Tequila and red wine sometimes fight it out for my attention.
