1/4 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 cup of artichoke hearts
5 large Shitake mushrooms or 2 cups chopped
1 tsp Himalayan salt or 2 tsp of kelp powder
1 tsp black pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until paste like. Take about a tablespoon scoop of filling and shape in a rectangle. Decorate with nori strips in the middle. You don’t even need soy sauce for this sushi. Just by itself is delicious!
