Recipe Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until paste like. Take about a tablespoon scoop of filling and shape in a rectangle. Decorate with nori strips in the middle. You don’t even need soy sauce for this sushi. Just by itself is delicious!

i used frozen artichokes and yes they are the hearts. I tried using fresh artichokes another time, it works great too but I can't find artichokes all the time.

rawleen- the ones in jars are not raw. I don't know if she means hearts, but this definately looks awesome.

Did you use frozen or fresh articokes? Hearts, correct? Are the ones in jars considered raw?

Looks delish!
