This recipe originally was called the “Pineapple Pleaser.” I have only added the vanilla to it to tweak it a bit. Whatever you choose to call it, it is a delicious juice.

I love this juice! I have made it many times and it is still one of my favorites. In fact, I have some in the fridge even now. I use a yam and no vanilla. Speaking of vanilla extract, do you by any chance know how to make or where to get pure non-alcoholic vanilla extract/

I put all the ingredients in my VitaMix without juicing first and add greens (sometimes spinach, sometimes, kale or (like today) collards). It is GREAT! Now I'm fantasizing about putting the VitaMixed smoothie (minus the greens) into my gelato machine and making "creamscicle sorbet"! Thank you, Marichiesa!!!

You know I am not sure.... but check out www.faeriesfinest.com. They have a great selection of extracts altho' I can't say for sure whether they are alcohol free or not. If its just vanilla essence you want you could just use a plain old vanilla bean. ( They are expensive though!:-)
