YieldEnough for one cake, or about 1 1/2 cups of frosting
1 cup coconut butter
1 tablespoon orange zest
Juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon vanilla or scrapings of bean
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Water for consistency
1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients, except water.
2. Add water slowly, as needed, to make that “fluffy” dollop frosting.

This “frosting” is a perfect compliment to carrot cake.
I absolutely love making carrot cake with pineapple and raisins and topping it off with this decadent fluff.
Make sure to adjust sweetener to your tasting, as I don’t like that sweet of stuff.
I spread this deliciousness on a raw carrot cake made from sunflower seeds, and then decorated with walnuts. Yum!
