Recipe Directions

1. Grind flax seed. Chop all fruit to bite sized pieces.

2. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.

3. Pour milk on top (about 1 cup) and dig in!

This was such a nice, refreshing, morning pick-me-up that I threw together with whatever I had on hand!

I'm still new to all these raw recipes, but this easy breakfast has just become one of my favorites!

I'm not much for measuring so you'll have to excuse my form of "measurements."

This was absolutely delicious, but I imagine any available fruit would work great!
