Ingredients

1 Medium carrot, sliced to sticks
1 Medium lettuce leaf
½ Avocado , Sliced
1 Nori Sheet
1 tablespoon Braggs Amino Acids
1 sprinkle Black Seasme Seeds

Recipe Directions

Lay out nori, place lettuce leaf, carrot sticks, avocado on nori. Sprinkle with black seasme seeds and braggs. Roll it up, slice and enjoy. The braggs is so good from the inside, makes it more sushi like.

That is beautiful--one of my favorite quick raw snacks, too. I always toss the avocado in a little lemon juice and sometimes agave and sea salt as well.

i tried this but used nama shoyu instead of braggs and added some sprouts, cukes, and tomato in. DELICIOUS! i make some variation of this everyday for lunch now
