<p>I am a preschool teacher currently living in Queens, NY. Grew up in Baltimore, 18 years. Dropped red meat at 19, poultry at 20, fish, then dairy, then eggs. Vegan since 23. All this being unimportant, but it leads me to look for texture and flavor from foods, this goneraw site is amazing, everyone gives great advice.</p>
